Too early to say if working but no aftertaste, taken with glass of water, easy enough for me to swallow. Check with your health care practitioner first, if unsure, taking any supplements.

Da mein Mann entsprechende Ausbildungen als Gesundheitsmanager und Rehatrainer hat, empfahl er mir neben Magnesium auch Kalium gegen Wadenkrämpfe zu nehmen. Sie sind gänzlich weg, aber so immens viel besser, dass ich für diesen Tipp sehr dankbar bin. Er hat mir diese Tabletten hier in Bezug auf die Dosis ausgesucht.
