So far so good. It’s really nice having multiple locks with the same combination and people aren’t having any trouble using it. I also really like that it’s letters because it makes it easier for people to remember the combination

These work but letters/words are limited. Didn’t end up working for what I needed them for.

My first set had a defective lock in it that would not let me set a code. I returned through Amazon and got a replacement. They are nice lock and easy to change the code. Note, the raised letters mentioned in the description are only the original word MATCH. Beware, there is no list of suggested possible words and the letter combinations on the each wheel does not match up with any other brand of locks that I could find. There are a lot of letter combinations possible, but the user will need to work them out.

Easy to reset code. Works as expected just be sure not to put in on backwards like my kid did ugh.

I got these to use in making escape rooms, but they are not the best choice for that. You cannot remove and rearrange the dials. Looking again at the listing, the photos show pretty clearly what the possible letter choices are and they do not suggest that you can rearrange the dials, so I will not penalize the rating for this feature. However, these dials spin quite smoothly and the letter dials seem to have less play than my other locks, which can be rearranged. So, the limited choice of combinations has an advantage of an overall smoother working lock. It was easy to change the combination and the lock opened and closed as it should.
