WORKS Great! Molly has had scratch boards in the past and always used them, but when we moved, I didn't buy any and noticed her using the carpet as a scratch board. 🤯 Thankfully I work from home and could catch her with a "Molly, no" and she'd stop. So I bought these inexpensive scratch boards and ALL carpet scratching STOPPED automatically. 👍 She goes straight to the boards anytime she want to claw, never the carpet anymore. She even lays on and falls asleep on these things, lol. (Pic)It's a Great product and a Great, inexpensive carpet saver! 😉

How do you gauge this? I have six cats, who can tear through about anything so far. What I can say so far being that I've had it for such a short amount of time is that my cats loved it and one of the cool things about it, is that they actually sent a small packet of catnip with it. I don't remember seeing that in the product description but it was a welcome addition. No sooner than I put these on the floor and the cat's got busy! These are a little tighter woven than some of the other ones I bought from like the retail stores, so I would imagine, these are going to last for quite some time even with six cats. No I'm not sure that woven is the correct word for that so maybe pressed? After all, it is only cardboard, but seeing how much my cats like them I can't complain. I find nothing wrong and everything right, the reason I'm giving it five stars instead of four stars cuz I don't give a whole lot of five star reviews, was that extra thought of putting in that small bag of catnip.

My cats love cardboard scratching boards. They have no complaints about this brand or type. However, they are very thin and have no cardboard tray underneath, so there are more cardboard bits all over the house (wherever theres a scratch board) than with other types. That said, the price is great, they hold up almost as long as other brands/types, they are safe for the cats to use and don't harm people or other pets. Even if you have very young kids who like to put everything in their mouths, I'd try to clean up the bits pretty often, but eating a tiny bit of cardboard probably never hurt anyone. Appearance is up to you. You could put them under end tables, etc., if ,sq you have company coming over; but most people who love cats would just do a quick dry mop or sweep around & on top of their cats' boards once a day (or not) & move on to other things.

Cat loves and comes with catnip. Depending how much your cat catches these last at least 2 months for 1 cat using them every day . Would buy again for the cost
