One word...Great!

I have super flat feet and these have made a big difference for me. There's no way I'm wearing any shoes without these in them. The difference, for me, was night and day. I'm able to stand for much longer, walk for much longer, without having to stop due to pain or just being tired. If you have flat feet or just need a bit more support, I recommend these!
