BRABICFront Closure Post Surgical Compression Everyday Bra for Women Mastectomy with Removable Breast Support Band

The material is sturdy thus far, I am using this in a way that it was not advertised for, I have thoracic scoliosis which since perimenopause has started presenting signs of costochondritis , I have tried so many bras and I can’t stand to have them on my body for more than 5 mins without wanting to snatch it off of me, this particular bra provides the exact support I need for my ribs and sternum.I can wear this all day with only minimal discomfort, it’s a life saver.Perimenopause makes women sensitive to texture, pressure etc so finding a bra you can tolerate is like winning the jackpot.

I can’t say enough good things about this bra, I originally purchased this bra for extra compression once my breast started causing me a lot of pain, surgeon suggested a very supportive compression bra until he was able to get me into surgery to replace implants. Once this bra arrived and I wore it with top and bottom attachments I immediately felt so much relief, pain level wasn’t as bad with the new bra. Fast forward 2 months….. Today marked my 1 week post op appointment with my plastic surgeon and I wore this bra to just to make sure that it wasn’t too much and wouldn’t cause issues with my implant placement, he loved it soo much asked where I got it from and told me to order more! It’s just what’s needed to keep implants stabilized in their pockets and that I made a great choice. He asked me for the brand name and had his assistant take down the information so he could recommend this bra to others his only complaint was “wow 10 hooks” lol I couldn’t help but laugh because he is correct it has 10 hooks and four different rows not including the three hooks on the top and the last three hooks on the bottom of the additional removable support bands :)(I’m a 36F and ordered a Medium I normally wear a large in sports bras but needed to size down on this one the large didn’t give me enough compression) if you’re unsure I would recommend sizing down.

I needed a larger size than the size chart indicated but larger size worked great

So far this bra is extremely comfortable. I’m 9 days post op for a breast reduction. All the other front close bras irritated my lower incision bc the band kept riding up. This bra stays put with movement and feels so comfortable and secure. I love that the top and bottom straps can be removed. I’m a little hesitant to keep them on because it doesn’t seem to help with rounding the shape of my healing breast. But I’ll give it a day and see.

I ordered 21 different bras to try for after my breast reduction. This one is by far the softest of them all, which is essential for my skin as it's currently very sensitive from adhesive as well as nerves just waking up and doing their thing. I did find the sizing chart to be slightly confusing so I ordered the 2X (what I ordered in most of the other bras) as well as XL. I found the XL to fit the best. I'm 5'7 and 200lbs. I do have one complaint, which is that the band rolls up when I sit, but that is thanks to my muffin top. It would work better for someone with less belly fat lol.. I wore it for a few hours but had to change it because it kept rolling up and would put pressure on my surgical scars. Still keeping it because it's so soft and comfy other than the band, and I will wear it when I go for walks because it's so soft and comfortable. Did I mention it's super soft and comfortable? Lol

Fit is a little big. I had to return and replace with a smaller size. I'm a 34DD and had originally ordered a M, but switched it out for a S and it fits perfectly. I love the support and quality is great. It has a lot of adjustments to help fit everyone. I had ordered another more expensive brand and it had velcro which stuck to my clothing. This is all hook closure and is so comfortable.

I was sent home from the hospital with a pink surgical bra. It did it's job but wasn't practical after having my surgical drains removed. This bra is perfect for supporting mastectomy incisions and managing pain. I'm a 36 band but I ordered a size down (Medium) so I would have the necessary compression and support. It makes such a huge difference to feel strapped in and supported when I bend over or stretch. Incisions can be very painful without the proper bra. I've worn this to the office and it creates a nice silhouette with clothing--helps smooth back rolls, etc. You won't be disappointed with the breathable fabric, support and ease of care.

Top closures broke within in a week, second time I’ve ordered and still too big, I’m a 32E and I purchased a medium and small and both are too big and don’t help with compression
