Plus, since I have PCOS, this is actually really good for me because there is no gluten or wheat or other things that my body cannot have. The texture is also rich, but it's not super thick. It's also not thin either. If you're wondering if you should get this product, sample size has amazing value for how much you pay. Review: Tastes like leaves/grass - I mean, it's not *awful*, but it sure won't taste like any of the traditional whey shakes. It's pleasantly free of all the gooey sticky thickeners and garbage, though, and doesn't cause bloating like whey. I prefer their other flavors.
