Worst product ever
Not even worth of giving 1 star also ... I am trying to claim the warranty from 2 weeks ... Called amazon customer support, they told me to mail cadlec support team regarding the issue of kettle... I did... They replied saying send the details on WhatsApp... The whole week they are just gathering details from me like proper video of the product with issue, serial number, current address etc etc but after providing each and every detail I didn't get any response even after texting multiple times ... I'm just stuck with this crap , now I don't know whether i should buy another kettle of really good indian brand or still wait for this scammer kind of company... I would sincerely advise buyers who went through my review please don't fall for this crap, do not buy cadlec products
