ONE of my FAVOURITE DISHES IS a bowl of LIGHTLY COOKED GREEN PEAS with GROUND FLAX SEEDS, CHIA SEEDS and PUMPKIN SEEDS. VERY NUTRIOUS and definitely fills you up. This is avery large pakage of very good quality pumkin seeds. I am keen to look at their other items. Speedy delivery, thank you.
