Rice is good as always. Stores near me no longer sell the Spanish flavor, so I order online. But, the packaging that Amazon did is atrocious!

I love this stuff. It's a nice change from plain rice or potatoes as a side dish and it's insanely versatile - add chunks of smoked sausage or shrimp or ham or whatever leftover meat or chicken is in the fridge, and you have a nice one-dish meal. Not always available in the stores so I buy cartons of 12 boxes. Doesn't take up freezer space but keeps for a long long time so it doesn't hurt to have a few extra boxes. Note that you need to add a can of diced tomatoes - whatever kind you prefer but IMO the fire-roasted ones are worth the little bit of extra money.
