I think the most succinct review I could leave is "it's fiber", that's it, there's no fancy bells and whistles going on. It smells fine, it dissolves well, you can mix it into just about everything, the price is on par with other fiber brands I've tried. Really no complaints to be had. - except maybe the container, I tend to prefer a jar, mostly because I'm more likely to spill from a bag or not seal it correctly when I'm done.

I’ve been taking this for a week now and so far I have no problems at all. I mixed 1 tsp. of it on my coffee every morning during breakfast. The taste is mild and has no after taste. It’s a resealable pack which definitely seals it back safely after opening. Thing is, I’m annoyed that it so sealed and I’m not very good at opening it and I’m always careful not to spill it.

I'm just finishing my 50 day juice fast. And just bought this ! I've had terrible gut issues since I was a teen. I'm 46 and sad to say had well over 40 antibiotics in my lifetime😔before waking up. I'm excited to give my gut it's best start!
