Aviate has a good Low Carb product. Being low carb is difficult enough, but having a good tasting keto friendly pasta is another way to stay on top of your carbs. I use the jars of cheddar sauce, which are low net carb also, so I can be decadent once in a while. I will buy them again.

I have been keto on and off for about 5 years, and pasta is my most missed foods when I’m strict. I have had just about all the low carb pastas out there and they either still have too many carbs, texture is way off etc. I actually enjoyed these noodles. Make sure to follow the directions to ensure not to overcook noodles and make them gummy. I would give them 5 stars but the price is what gave it 4.

Taste is gonna be very slightly off from actual pasta IMO. Held together very well while boiling. Pasta size is slightly larger than standard elbow. Carbs are about half of regular pasta if you're counting total, if you're counting net it's an easy A+ at 3 net carbs per serving. Texture of the pasta is slightly grainy if undercooked I found perfection at 4 minutes cook time. I find the protien content of this to be adequate depending on serving size of your recipie.

Not great. Takes over 45 minutes to cook and still not tender. Instructions on container are incorrect. Taste is very bland and product very chewy.

Really great product for health conscious folks! Was kind of expensive, but each bag makes three large servings for me. I don’t like it al dente and cooked it until it was soft then through it right into pasta sauce. That worked really well for me and I enjoyed it even when compared to normal pasta. Set your expectations, the texture is different, but so are the health benefits! I highly recommend!

The product was fine but I don’t really like the texture or taste.

These are a good attempt anyway but the Flavor and texture makes me think refried beans. As a filler / delivery system for a sauce I guess it's ok but you don't want to just add butter and Parm then dig in! The price is insanity!!! Might consider it at half that.

Made a delicious thanksgiving macaroni! Good texture and easy to work with. I enjoyed it and overall price is OK.

This is a very good product. Unlike some others it does not taste unusual

It sticks to the teeth, the taste is like chewing rubber, I threw these packages into the garbage bin.

I normally get the rotini but felt like macaroni. Pretty good but a little more dense than the rotini, feels more like eating beans after you've chewed.
