Don't bother buy the 1litre Knorr pack.
Followed instructions and was a huge disappointment. Im going to throw out the other packages. If you want beautiful hollandaise sauce only buy the 1litre pre-made pack by Knorr.

Good Stuff
delicious, easy to mix and the texture is nice and creamy. It's just me so I save the left overs and heat it up in the microwave at low temp. the size, plenty for a family!

It is consistently good and so quick and easy to prepare. I add a little lemon juice and smoked paprika. Tastes great!
