Followed instructions and was a huge disappointment. Im going to throw out the other packages.If you want beautiful hollandaise sauce only buy the 1litre pre-made pack by Knorr.

Seems to be the same product I remember them always having. It's a great base sauce mix as I always have added a little dried parsley and chopped green onion +garlic &other spices....a very nice shortcut when not in the mood for making from scratch egg yolk hollandaise sauce! Great with eggs and even other dinner items such as asparagus and broccoli, etc. I use whole milk and real butter when making mine no matter what other additions of spices or not.

delicious, easy to mix and the texture is nice and creamy. It's just me so I save the left overs and heat it up in the microwave at low temp. the size, plenty for a family!

We enjoy Eggs Benedict from time to time and enjoy making the Hollandaise sauce from scratch but sometimes there isn't time. This is a tasty and quick sauce that's almost as good as home made. Definitely worth the price.
