My 17 yo son devoured a whole pizza made with this crust himself.The bag makes three large crusts that need to be spread very thin because they rise up a ton before baking. I use oiled hands and parchment to spread them thin. Follow the instructions to a t and you’ll have excellent pizza.We add pesto (vegan for mine), Costco carnitas meat that’s been browned and shredded, fresh jalapeños chopped, pineapple bits and cheese (vegan for mine) to make a MonkeyPod pizza we had in Hawaii.
