I received the item very soon and i really like using it. I am happy with the item and happy with the price and rate of deliver. I would recommend it for any one.

I bought this straightener as it offered a stream of satin ions to give your hair an additional glossy shine. It straightens very nicely, quickly and easily and as a hair straightener on its own is not bad at all. However, after 5 uses the satin ion 'dispenser' broke. The straightener still works without the stream of ions flowing out, but you hair is not as shiny and looks more dried out; and as I bought the straightener specifically for the satin ion addition, I was really disappointed that it stopped working after being used just a few times. Could have paid half the price for any other straightener. Absolutely rubbish quality, will definitely not buy a Braun product of any sort again.
