Avalon Organics Bath & Shower Gel, Refreshing Lemon, 12 Oz

Has a very nice fresh lemon scent. Reminiscent of Love's Fresh Lemon, the 70's fragrance. Smells good in the shower but you won't keep smelling it afterwards. Texture is kind of gel-like and feels high quality.

I've used this same product and scent for a few years now and I'm not tired of it. It gently cleanses me with a great scent. I put it on my loofah ball and it lathers up great. It's not too strong for my sensitive skin. It doesn't have any bad carcinogenic ingredients in it that generic shower gels have or sulfates for extra lather that actually dries your skin. It's a great value for the price. Highly recommend!

I normally use the lavender, which is still my go to, but, this is great. It’s more of a strong cleanse, so, I choose to use it on my chest and feet. I prefer the gentler lavender on my face, and more sensitive areas. I started using this brand because I’m allergic to most perfumes. Essential oils don’t bother me at all. These soaps are excellent liquid cleansers.

Gorgeous! I have purchased this Shower Gel in Lemon, the Lavender and also the Peppermint variety and I love them all. The lemon and the peppermint in particular are great for your early morning shower, when you really need to feel refreshed and more awake. I discovered this brand after switching to cruelty free beauty products almost a year ago and haven’t looked back. The ingredients are high quality (this shower gel includes a blend of citrus essential oils, not synthetic fragrance) and you get a very effective product for the price. I highly recommend Avalon Organics in general. My husband loves them too - especially the lemon hand and body lotion. These two go together, perfectly. So refreshing and the scent is not at all feminine, just fresh and clean.

I love this stuff. Squirt some on my back scrubber and it really is great for cleaning the hard to reach places that like to accumulate blackheads and zits. It really is a great body wash. It really kicks armpit stench in the butt too. Like literally knocks it out. I forgot to order it for awhile and noticed my arm Pitts we’re getting out of control smelly and deodorant wasn’t working good. Reordered and scrubbed them good and I forgot deodorant for two days and my armpit smell didn’t even accumulate to what it was just hours after showering with deodorant. This stuff just rocks. Not super moisturizing because it is an amazing cleaner. I do use a moisturizer after it. Ha. So worth it though.

okay, well it does smell like lemon -- but not fresh lemon juice or fresh lemon zest or even lemon essential oil. more like lemon chemicals, i guess? this product is organic so there are no chemicals. i would rate this as average.

I use this at my kitchen sink for washing hands. They used to sell the exact same soap as “hand soap” in a pump bottle. They stopped selling the “hand soap” so I bought this and am using it to refill the last pump bottle I bought. The strong lemon scent is great for eliminating strong odors such as onion and garlic on my hands. Highly recommend!

as i don't wesr make up or perfume, i am obsessed with shower gel and rely on this to enliven me and make me smell nice! this particular one is the most lemon-y i have tried, it is lovely. a little goes a long way.

I really like the scent and the fresh feeling J get when I use this especially in summer
