I have buyed orange one which has slightly more resistance... 30-40 kg , It's stretchability is quite good,and size of this band is also good I am a beginner , it hard for me to do biceps shoulder exercise , so I will use it for back and legs exercise For beginners I will suggest 15-30 kg And above that will be suitable for intermediate and advance one ..... Thanks And definitely value for money
