Garnier Pure Active AHA+BHA Charcoal Daily Mattifying Air Cream

I've never used this before but wanted to try something mattifying because I'm quite shiny. It has the consistency of air a bit like a moouse, but it feels very moisturising when rubbing in, and then becomes matte once it has sunk in. I don't find it drying at all and so far so good after a few days of using it.

I wanted to like this cream but I stopped using as skin felt a bit burning and few spots appeared on my forehead. Also no matter how I rubbed it in I saw tiny black streaks on my hairline only a small amount but it didn’t sink in to my skin like other creams do. Did matte finish but I stopped using it after a week of trying to work with it. I am elderly with oily skin I can’t find a matte moisturiser that actually works on my skin without problems

This is a great product that you can use sparingly and keeps the shine at bay for quite some time. I’ll be making a repeat purchase when it eventually runs out.

I have incredibly oily skin, it’s always been an issue. No cleansers, exfoliators, serums or creams have ever helped to the point where I stopped wearing makeup because I could feel it moving around my face even with reapplying powder throughout the day. With this moisturiser it’s been a game changer and I’ve only been using it for a week. I still get oil build up on my nose where my glasses sit on the bridge, but I’m no longer feeling the need to dab my face with a tissue at random times of the day. Get this moisturiser if you have a similar struggle. It’s worth it.

Doesn’t do anything to reduce excess oil on your skin. Didn’t make it worse either. Wouldn’t buy again.

Makes skin feel really soft and nourished. Leaves a nice matte finish for most of the day. Obviously the longevity will depend on your skin and just how oily it can get, as well as humidity etc. But overall I find it to be more effective than some day gels/creams that cost more than double the price!

Good product. Works well for oily skin. Very lightweight and no funny smell. Does give the skin a soft feeling but I would use it as a stand alone moisturiser. Good value for money

Arrived quickly in good order. Tried cream first time. Feels lovely. Skin feels smoother. Time will tell how skin improves.

I love this moisturizer, I struggle throughout the day as my skin gets oily after about 6 hours. This moisturizer keeps my skin matte all day and blemish free

i love this so does my daughter do wonders for my skin light and easy to apply work for us and will last a long time

Nice texture. But when it's hot and you wipe your face black comes of. But it's okay...
