Love this olive oil. Great taste and awesome for sautéing.

Made by an Israeli and Palestinian womens' food coop, this was both a purchase for peace and for taste. It is amazing olive oil and I like to think that I am doing something for the future of these children caught in the midst of a tragic war, and making something delicious for my family as well.

Disclaimer: I am not a connoisseur of olive oil. With that said, I enjoy this olive oil as much or more than any other I have used. It has a light flavor and it cooks well and does not impart its own taste to the food. Most of all, to me, it represents the joint efforts of Muslim and Jewish women to work together and to produce a wonderful product. The cost is high but to me it's more than worth it.

I already know that this is the best olive oil I have ever had (I was thrilled to discover I can get it at Amazon). But wanted to also add tgat the service (packing/delivery) was excellent (with the appropriate care for such a high level product).

We visited Sindyanna of Galilee while in Israel. Wonderful products, as are the women who work there.

I was delightfully surprised on first taste....so smooth and a hint of ...not floral but as if honey..not sweet but lots of tones and subtle layers of flavor...all in one teaspoon. Great on salads with lemon juice. My favorite right now. So glad to have this culinary experience!

Product received had a 1-1-20 expiration date. Olive oil has a 3 year shelf life at good temperature. old food product!!

I love this olive oil. I love that it is made by Arab and Israeli women together. The taste is great delicious dipping some crusty bread in the oil with some Himalayan Sea salt just perfect.
