Works well. Don't need much to spray. Calm and relaxing

Totally agree with the others saying that this stuff smells awful. I sprayed 2 squirts on my pillow after opening it and was immediately overwhelmed with the noxious smell of what I can only think to liken to some sort of cheap perfume. I cannot detect any lavender or chamomile whatsoever. I had to remove the pillowcases and wash them and put that set of pillows themselves in a another room just so I could sleep that night. Unfortunately Amazon doesn't allow returns on this item, so I'm out $7 and stuck with it.

The scent is nearly an astringent, so use it sparingly at first: ONE pump only from a few feet away. Walk out and come back a few minutes later. Chamomile is there with peppermint, but don't be alarmed if it hints mildly of paint solvents ever so briefly. Longer-lasting scent than like-priced competitors.

it works for me, but the smell is so overwhelming that it actually makes my stomach hurt. I think one spray is enough because last night I used like 3 to 4 which was a mistake, but I still was knocked out until my alarm went off in the morning. I did two sprays tonight, but I ended up having to flip my pillow over because the fragrance is too much. However, I would rather use the spray than keep relying on taking melatonin when I can’t sleep!

Love this stuff! It’s so so much better than other lavender sleep pillow sprays I’ve tried. The scent lasts through the night, and when I roll over and snuggle into another part of my pillow in the night, it soothes me right back into sleep. Even lasts for 2 nights! I only wish it came in a larger bottle (hence the 4, not 5 stars) as I use and appreciate it EVERY SINGLE NIGHT.

Smells almost like a warm cup of tea mixed with a spa with herbs and slight floral nature from the lavender ingredients. A little goes a long way. I spray, in total, about 3 to 4 spritzes on my husbands pillow/top of his comforter each night before bed and after nights of not being able to sleep due to the stress of starting a company, put him right out! We would describe the scent as herbal/floral in nature with a medicinal (but let me stress not unnapealing at all! ) undertone. This will be a new staple in our bedside drawer.

Upon opening this product it was a lot smaller than I expected. I then sprayed two sprays on a pillow and I immediately had to leave the room. The spray was overpowering and smelled like alcohol. Also amazon doesn’t accept returns on this product such a bummer. WILL NEVER USE IT AGAIN!
