I used two youtube videos and followed along. The machine feels durable and made well. Now the cleaning performance was also great. We had two high traction areas and now the carpet is all one color and significantly lighter and cleaner! I was scared I have to return this because once again i've never used a carpet cleaning machine myself and i didn't think the results could be better than the professionals. My dog was getting old and forgetting outside is place for bath rooming. She never would have when she was young so I know her health is failing. Regardless this has saved the carpet. Easy enough to use daily or a couple times a week depending on needs. Very effective and made the whole room look nice. Takes the smell and everything out. Worked well on furniture when she had an accident while asleep.
