Great size and amazing performance . Just that very irritating calls from installation team. Got over 42 calls inspite of informing we don’t want installation

Good heating solution
Working fine, instantly heats the water, sufficient for 1 person, as it’s instant heater electricity consumption might be a bit more. There is a safety feature to release the internal pressure or steam via a valve near input pipe. Users might panic, better to drain that out using a clear pipe.

Poor service and quality
All the products of AO smith break down frequently. I have purchased their RO purifier too. Their service is pathetic. I have complained for the water heater break down 1 month ago. It was purchased only 1 year ago. Someone came 10 days ago and said they will replace the product. And after that nothing. Endless phonecalls have not had any result. I would never recommend buying it.
