I have embroidered 4 different lace items and all have embroidered beautifully with no issues-no stabiliser tearing, and the residues washes away so easily. Very happy with product, just ordered a larger width of the same stabilised as I had to overlap the stabiliser. Even that worked perfectly, just held the overlapped edge when it reached that part of the design-no issues. Good stabiliser, very useful!

If you've ever struggled with puckering, misaligned stitches, or fabric distortion during embroidery, this wash away Stabilizer is fantastic. It can be be easily cut to size, it hoops securely with your fabric providing excellent support without being bulky. It's perfect for light to medium density designs and you can layer it for heavier stitching. It's also beginner friendly (if you're new to embroidery, this makes the process so much smoother and less intimidating) and you can draw and print on it with no issues. The best thing about it though is that it actually dissolves properly and leaves no trace or residue to affect your sewing. You do need to use warm to hot water but it doesn't hang around once wet. Overall I highly recommend this stabilizer to machine and hand embroidery enthusiasts alike. If you're looking for a reliable, mess-free way to ensure perfect results, this is it.

I have several Brothread products now and find each one to be very good quality. The wash away stabilizer works very well. It is strong enough to use as a stabilizer and then washes completely away when put in water. It is a very good value for the money.

It was my first time using a stabilizer so I don't really have a benchmark to compare it too, but it allowed me to embroider on a very thick hoodie very nicely and it disolves 100% in water after 4 minutes, so I would say it does the job well.

Ho acquistato questo stabilizzatore idrosolubile per un progetto di ricamo a mano su una seta chiara e molto leggera, e il risultato è stato eccellente. Ha impedito al tessuto di deformarsi durante il lavoro, mantenendo la trama perfettamente tesa. La caratteristica migliore è la facilità di rimozione: dopo aver disegnato direttamente sullo stabilizzatore, è bastato un passaggio in acqua e si è sciolto istantaneamente senza lasciare il minimo residuo o alone.
