These knives and shears are extremely sharp, they are all well balanced, even the steak knives fit well in your hand. They all look and feel very professional and are in an attractive, quality wooden block.

I have had my eyes on these knifes for a long while now, (if I just say forged in fire and Damascus steel, those that know will know) so when I see them in the Prime Day sale I took the plunge and ordered them. They arrived the following day and what can I cay, these Knifes are amazing. The Damascus steel gives these knifes a premium look, the construction of the handle looks robust with what looks like a through Tang. Out of the box these knifes are razor sharp (Bald patch on arm to prove it) I didn't realise how bad my old set was till i got these. They cut so effortlessly through anything you put in their way and even the bread knife was a joy to use. They are probably not the best Damascus steel knifes out there, but for a home chef who loves cooking, these are beyond expectation.

Diese Messer haben mir das Kochen verschönert. Ich habe das Gefühl dadurch doppel so schnell zu sein. Ich habe diese Messer nun seit zwei Monate im Einsatz und musste die bis jetzt noch nie schleifen. Die sind sehr scharf und ich bin auch jetzt noch vorsichtig im Umgang mit ihnen. Sie sind optisch in der Küche ein wahrer Blickfang.
