I have never had to use these before so didn’t know what to expect in terms of ease of use or quality.I had to find a way of securing a 2m gazebo to the roof bars of my Panda and this seemed to be the best solution. I only used 3 out of the 4 straps to secure the load and after a few minutes of working out how to use them I had managed to tighten and secure the gazebo to the bars without any give. Releasing the straps was equally simple after a few minutes of working things out.I’m not sure why some people had problems with these straps, I purposely used 3 out a 4 as I was expecting disaster but I have been pleasantly surprised.If you haven’t used these before like I hadn’t, I would suggest you google how to use ratchet straps just so you have a basic idea. Once you’ve done it once it’s really simple.
