The 3% hydrogen peroxide formula works effectively to clean and soothe sore spots while helping remove debris from hard-to-reach areas. The mint flavor is mild rather than overpowering, which is actually a plus when your mouth is sensitive. There is a slight bubbling sensation which tells you it's working, though it might take some getting used to for first-time users. Having experienced wisdom tooth infection, pain and gum irration it provided noticeable relief and helps speed up recovery. The 300ml bottle lasts reasonably long, even with regular use, making the slightly premium price point justifiable. One drawback worth noting is the somewhat clinical taste, which isn't as refreshing as standard mouthwashes. I love using this mouthwash because my teeth are visibly whiter and feel so clean. It is also free from sugar and the type of sugar that is in it, is actually a helpful ingredient to stop plaque formation. I study about oral and dentistry care a lot, so you can trust my opinion. It is best to use cold in my opinion because it is refreshing and preserves the ingridients better. I leave it near my window sill to get cold but if you love in a hotter country, you can put it in the refrigerator.

Cured my irritated bleeding gum from over flossing in less than a week. Shame it’s not for longer term use as mouth feels very clean after use and brightened my teeth.

First and last time using a hydrogen peroxide mouthwash, immediately left with canker sore under tongue after stopping use of this, have never experienced any in my entire life, avoid.
