Like an upscale model hotel!
For a small bathroom, this elegant shelf and towel bar provides additional storage space and function. Very happy with this product!

Almost.
This is a substantial-feeling product, when considered on its own, sold at a good price point, but the critical aspect of the mounting hardware is sketchy at best. The screws and anchors that ship with the rack are slightly mismatched, in that the supplied screws are not big enough to expand the anchors, which means they will pull out of your sheetrock with just a gentle tug. On top of that, the fit tolerances of the wall-mounted bracket and the mounting points on the rack are too approximate, and in our case one side repeatedly pops off the bracket during the hex-screw tightening process. We’re switching to a more expensive rack, hoping for a more conscientious mounting design.UPDATE: After trying to improve the way this was mounted on the wall, we ordered a more robust one (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J1W94H8?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share) and the difference is profound. The new one is rock solid, whereas the original pulled right off the wall with a gentle tug when it was time to make the change.

Installed really easy. I like how there’s a shelf for extra towels. It looks really nice in our bathroom.

Missing hardware and directions for installing.
Thought this would look great over my toilet. The two pieces didn’t match, there were no directions and no hardware for installing.

Not worth the price
Felt as though the additional bar would come off very easy. They part that attached to the wall was set on a wonk so had to return item
