This Candy is a very good washing machine. It works well. Other reviews say the machine is noisy but that is not my experience. It is quiet. The clothes are spun at high speed and come out much dryer than my old Beko machine. This is good because the clothes then take less time to dry on the line or in the tumble dryer. Its good value too. You need to buy this machine.

Love this machine, easy to use and super powerful. Fits perfectly under the counter and is quite for the most part. The higher spinning cycles are loud but its only for a few minutes. Love this machine!

Well this was our second attempt at getting a washing machine, The previous one didn't seem to spin any water out of the wash. Anyway the biggest selling point for us was the noise level of this machine. A mere 61 Db (when purchased, as advertised) an Acoustic rating of A!!!!!SO that along with the size of the drum and various other features had us sold on it. So after many hours of looking for a new washing machine we bought this one.It arrived within a few days of purchasing which was great as the washing was piling up...the delivery drivers took away the rubbish and put the machine in the kitchen for me, so that was also great.Installing it was a breeze.. but after that was unfortunately where it all went downhill. We did our 1st tentative wash, easy to setup so that was good too. But when it came to the noise level dear god it was certainly NOT 61Ddb.So there we were watching a movie in our open plan living space, and the washing machine was getting progressively louder, and louder. So much so that if you were in the kitchen at the time you practically had to shout to conversate with each other. In the end the movie was paused, and we removed ourselves to another part of the house for the rest of entire cycle, The spin being the loudest part 10 -15 minutes of just noise.So after that total waste of time, and the end of the wash I removed the machine from its location to see if maybe I had left the travel bolts in, (I hadn't) and then I decided to look in the small bag that comes with your tiny instruction manual and found that there were two rating stickers.. showing the actual Db level at 79Db (by the way anything over 80 for long periods can damage hearing, so sayeth google)So after a quick call to Amazon, the machine was collected the next day and we were back to no machine.If you have a room away from the house, or don't have an open plan house, then sure it does what it says on the tin, easy to use, easy to setup, but sure as eggs is eggs is isn't 61DDb.. maybe when its filling with water. But it is sold as being 61Db. Which it isn't

Good enough washing machine for the price. It's in my kitchen, so I'm not really bothered about the noise although even I have been in the kitchen when it's been on it didn't really seem too noisy. That may be different if your have an open plan living room/kitchen and were trying to watch something on TV though. I've tried using the NFC smart touch once, but it didn't seem to work too well, hence only four stars. Not that you need that function mind you. All in all it's a decent machine and a good price. My last machine lasted 19 years with me fixing the odd problem here and there, so it would do well to last half as long as that. So far happy with my purchase thoughOne other thing. Make sure you keep the dust sheet from the top of the packaging that goes on the bottom of the machine. The delivery company who dropped it off took that cover away with the packaging and I had to order a new one from Candy (I paid for them to take the packaging away and they didn't check that they had taken everything out before taking the packaging away to be recycled).

The Product-I have a very small kitchen space in a 2 bed town house. This item was perfect and reasonable price. I chose black for colour of the machine.I went for this particular machine for the15 minute quick wash which is what I was looking for. Although I haven't put a full load on, the test wash was great and after playing with the settings, I can also do a 15 min wash at 20, 30 and 40 degrees which is super cool for my needs. There are a few more settings around 50 mins mark and others with cotton and eco around 2 hours.I loved my old Beko which finally packed up after 15 years and I thought that was a quiet machine, but, this is actually quieter and smoother than im used to!The installation - I just went for it and paid for Amazon services to remove and recycle old machine, clear packaging and install new machine. This was one the best things Ive paid for. The 2 men who came this morning were fantastic, helpful, professional and swift. (And patient whilst I bleached the floor when the machine was removed as who cleans under a machine whilst it's been there for so long?!)A Stirling job indeed and would recommend especially if like me, you don't have anyone around to install new machine and remove the old machine. Thank you.

This is the first time I have had a Candy and I am very impressed. Load capacity is superb 8Kg. Even on the rapid programs the results are excellent. It feels sturdy and well made. It washes my clothes noticeably cleaner that my old machine. The spin gets the items almost dry, put them on the line for half hour and they are done or some items you could even iron straight away and again they are done. It even weighs the load to make it more efficient. Easy to use. Even the smart touch app which I thought to be just a bit of a gimmick, is going to prove to be very useful to have on board. Fits under the kitchen counter perfectly. Just completed 8 full loads in the last 2 days with no problems at all.

Great washing machine loads of room inside when washing the bedding. Easy to install, Runs well and is super quiet at 1400 revs spin (you don't have to leave the room to take or listen to anyone). I would recommend this machine to anyone.
