## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this spray contain alcohol? Not sure what "neutral alcohol" actually means. Can anybody clarify please?**
A: I am not sure what neutral alcohol is either but let me tell you this. While I was home this past winter months I got bronchitis and a sore throat from____. I could not swallow and my daughter-in-law put some of this down my throat and I thought I would throw up. She then told me to keep using it and finally she gave me the spray of which tastes horrible! I kept using it with the same horrible taste but a few days later I kept using it because it was getting better. I had tried everything to get rid of my sore throat but this was the only thing that helped me. It does feel like some sort of alcohol is in it but not like drinking alcohol. I promise if you use this product and not give up because of the horrible taste, you will get relief. I bought some to replace what I used while home but I am not sure I can get it here in Turkey where I live. but I surely will try to find it if my throat gets bad again. I never want to feel that pain in my throat ever again....this spray will zap it but you must keep using it. It is not instant. After the winter was over and I got relief, I put the bottle down and I have not used it since...but winter is coming and if I get a sore throat, I know where my bottle is. Good luck and God bless.

**Q: Does this product contain alcohol? I am not asking how effective it is, just if there is alcohol in it. Can the producer give an answer?**
A: Thanks for the question. Yes, the spray contains alcohol from propolis extract.

**Q: Do you need to store this product in the fridge?**
A: You can if you want. I don't and it's good, I used both bottles.

**Q: How much percentage of bee propolis does this have?**
A: Based on product label, each use (3 pumps, 0.6ml) contains 5.2mg propolis dried extract.

## Customer Reviews

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ When have sore throat is perfect!
*by L***N on September 17, 2025*

I like this a lot because it’s helpful.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality and cost benefit
*by L***I on February 28, 2023*

I've tried different brands and this is my favorite. Good cost benefit and it's not concentrated (extract), hence soothing and easy to use. Very helpful for a sore throat.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s not bad compared to cough syrup
*by C***I on March 5, 2023*

After reading the reviews, I was preparing myself for a horrible taste. I just tried few pumps and this is extremely light compared to cough syrup, over the counter medication. I’m Brazilian and the taste us much lighter than the ones I taken in Brazil. I can do several pumps with this, while the ones in Brazil that I took throughout my life were hard to take. Worse case scenario, you can always have a sip of some other stronger flavor drink to take out the after taste. Propolis properties will still be in your body anyways. Since I can take several pumps of this, I’ll give 5 stars.
