After I learned that Cassia is a cinnamon that can be used daily I found I found Anthony’s after trying a few others. I like the taste the texture in this is an important ingredient in my yogurt, cottage cheese, pecans, frozen blueberries, Australian eucalyptus, honey, yummy, bowls.

Anthony’s organics are great products and this cinnamon is another example of great tasting organic spices. I use this in my smoothies with cacao and ginger (also from Anthony’s), and it’s great. I’m no cook, but this cinnamon is the best tasting for cookies and desserts—very smooth powder, not bland but not “hot,” just right, and just a little goes a long way.
