D3 Complete

Excellent product. My go to brand because of the additional minerals for efficacy. Ethical company. Worth the price. Lovely brown glass bottle to prevent spoilage and recyclable. Good strength Vit D3 with added K2 for better absorption. Highly recommended in my humble opinion.

Always buy this product, has everything you need and nothing you don’t. Excellent quality.

It's good in what it contains and the size of the caps is really good! But can be a little expensive! Also, gets out of stock easily every now and then. I've now done some research and found you can get cheaper alternatives, maybe separately at a much lower cost. Look for D3 + K2 combo and buy magnesium separately, you also might want to read the different type of magnesium available out there to see which one will work best for you!

Excellent product

After finding benefit from taking Zinc and vitamin C supplements I thought that I'd give Vitamin D a go too as daylight hours are limited now. As this version of Vitamin D has the all-important K2 working with it and has a sustainable source that made my mind up to buy and I haven't been disappointed. Magnesium is a nice bonus to have here too as most bodies are deficient in Magnesium. Approximately a week after starting to take one a day I noticed that my hunger had reduced yet my energy levels had increased - that's exactly how I feel after getting a few hours of quality sunshine so it is clear that the supplement is good quality and the ingredients are being integrated into my body just as natural sunlight would be. My wife has also felt a similar benefit. Although there a nation of much cheaper Vitamin D supplements available I'd definitely go for this brand again as there has been a noticeable positive benefit, there are no artificial fillers and the ingredients are naturally derived. I just wish they made a bottle which would hold 6 months supply as Winter is often long and dark up North. With this supplement and the Zinc and Vitamin C supplements I'm also taking I'm well set to ride out the long Winter in great health. In a time of genuine (and rebranded) illness Vitamin D with K2, Vitamin C and Zinc offer a much better and safer way to stay healthy than anything Big Pharma would cripple us with so I'd recommend this brand no problem.

I can't say whether these are working, but there is nothing negative to say. They are a medium-small sized capsule, not some jumbo size that ends up at the back of my throat and then the back of the cupboard. More convenient than trying to take all the components separately.
