I needed a cool accessory to help me carry around my stethoscope. So this is a great solution for it. Affordable and good quality material.

I can’t figure out how to get my stethoscope to sit in it good and it stretches where the bell of the stethoscope sits

I really liked the idea of this holder. The belt clip makes it convenient in theory, and I can absolutely see the appeal of carrying a stethoscope at the hip instead of around the neck or stuffed into a scrub pocket. The problem is that the actual fit and structure did not work as well as I hoped. The Velcro closure is a little awkward, and it was harder than expected to get the stethoscope to sit securely in place. The section meant to hold the bell stretches out very easily, and once that happens, the stethoscope starts to slide instead of staying put. Because of that, I do not think this feels sturdy enough for frequent use during a full shift or busy rounds where you are constantly reaching for your stethoscope. It feels more like an accessory that looks cute on scrubs than something built for heavy daily clinical use. Overall, I think it is a good concept, but the durability and fit issues keep it from being as practical as it should be.

I used it for 2 work days and the Velcro comes undone and my stethoscope falls out. Definitely would never purchase again

This Beautyflier Stethoscope Holder Clip is a convenient option from its intended purpose of holding stethoscopes. In addition to the stethoscope holder, it also has two loops for holding pens or penlights. It is lightweight, and the weight does not pull down my pants when I wear it, which is sometimes a problem when I load up my pockets. You can attach it either with a belt, if you're the sort of heathen who wears a belt with scrubs. If you are not a heathen, it attaches with a clip. The clip is kind of tight, and may not work well with a thick waistband. The stethoscope holder is pretty simple to figure out. It works well with a standard stethoscope. My primary stethoscope is an Ultrascope, which has an oddly-shaped bell which doesn't fit in the bell holder. The velcro strap still keeps it in place securely, it just doesn't look quite as neat. This is listed as leather. I believe it is actually PUL. This is fine - it's probably better from a standpoint of being able to wipe it down, while still appearing attractive. Unfortunately, the edging for this product has a plastic coating which very quickly began peeling off at the corners, as pictured. I'm not sure if it came like that or if it occurred while using it, but I noticed it within the first half hour of use. In addition to being unsightly, I'm concerned that it may introduce an infection control concern, as the fabric beneath it is porous and can't be easily cleaned. This is convenient, and I will keep using it, but probably wouldn't choose this one again based on the edging defect.

Great for clinical, easy to reach. Much better than stuffing my stethoscope into my pocket or around my neck
