Excellent value and works well
I bought one of these alongside a more expensive branded support with a ratchet mechanism that was recommended by someone at my club to help with tennis elbow. This item is comfortable to wear and actually provides better comfort than the more expensive branded support I purchased. It's not a miracle cure for tennis elbow but certainly helps relieve discomfort when worn.

Great, it let me continue Padel 5 days a week with a tennis elbow injury.
Love this. Been using it 5 days a week for a year and has allowed me to continue with my Padel. Friend took 9 months off to let their tennis elbow heal on its own, whereas mine is now almost fully healed after a year of constant playing (hence it took longer). My Physio got me to stretch my arm out straight and then resist the pressure as they pushed down on my middle finger nail. (Pain and inability to resist was easy diagnosis) So the band does what it says on the tin :-). Yes if you have thin arms it may not be as good a fit for some (I still think it would be good, just make sure inner Velcro is put through buckle first [initially a faff but it worked for another friend with thin arms]. I’m an avg build slim(ish) chap and it works just great.

Dont but one size
Not happy with size. I bought the one size but I guess I should have bought a different size

Comfortable support
Excellent support for arm & elbow pain. It is very easy to put on & is not bulky. It seems to be effective for my pain especially when using the hairdryer. Great value for money.

Really works for my tennis elbow
I was a little sceptical even when I placed my order as my elbow was incredibly sore, however after wearing this for a copy weeks now I must say it seems to work (for me anyway). I have even been able to to attend classes at the gym which is a real bonus, I have normal elbow protectors/ sleeves which do give a little relief but nothing likes this has for me so yes I will purchase again.
