Does what it does
Very easy to use. You don’t need a manual. Just joining segment by segment. Useful for removing leaves, painting, washing the window etc.

Customer service at EZ Smart Tools is unresponsive
I really love the product but EZ Smart has not responded to the question I submitted on their web form about adapting the threaded tip to accommodate tools I already have that have 22 mm threaded mounting sockets.

Worked perfectly
I have a gutter in a bad place, very difficult to reach. I could reach it from my bedroom window, but needed a long pole. I found this product and the gutter rake. I was able to clean the gutter and install a gutter guard in less than 20 minutes. Great tool!
