Good reference book to help a person learn to cook with Saladmaster pots. Although it is not a very big cook book, it does have unique and interesting recipes.

For being associated with such high priced cookware, this is a disappointing cookbook. The recipes use canned and frozen vegetables, for example. And the book does not really help with good instructions about the Saladmaster way of cooking with the cookware. A disappointment all around.

I was searching for a saladmaster cookbook but every place I looked they were out of them, so when I finally found this one on Amazon I bought it right away. Good price and something I had been looking for.

I found some good recipes and good instructions for saladmaster waterless cooking. It has a well rounded menu items and its the original cookbook from the makers. If you like exotic recipes this is not for you.

Love this cookbook

Very outdated material. Literally a recipe for scrambled eggs. First copy I found was $40. If I had paid that I would be furious. Terribly disappointed
