I love this electrolyte mix. It truly has no sugar, it’s just the plain minerals and electrolytes. I suggest you read through the list of ingredients to make sure you don’t have an allergic reaction (over time) to Nickel, for example. If you don’t have the best kidney function, please talk to your healthcare professional before taking these. Aside from those comments, my personal use is for cognitive function and for when I work on the car outside on a hot day, sit by the pool, or simply have a workout when I’m sweaty. I use one scoop full which is a little smaller than a dime coin, in about .8 Liters of filtered water. I drink one of these and one liter of plain water a day and I feel it really helps get rid of my brain fogginess/sleepiness after sweating profusely. I also like to take at least one serving of the .8L/1scoop Fast Lyte to my emergency department night shift. I’ve only ever used 2 scoops, and it does get a little salty after that but the taste is mostly negligible. My wife mentions that even one scoop is too much so she likes to mix it with another flavored drink. And as an added plus, I’ve used a pinch of it on broths, eggs, and other meals. I highly recommend and I’m not going back to purchasing LMNT because that is too sugary and expensive. This is perfect. This stuff is amazing. I used to only use electrolytes when I go in the sauna a few times a week, but I decided to stop taking daily potassium supplements and just do this every day. I've struggled with foot cramps for years, and am unable to do yoga positions like child's pose because of the severe cramping it causes. No more. The foot cramps are almost completely gone. And I have so much more energy in the morning after taking this. It also tastes very good for being unflavored, and is not too salty at all. It dissolves quickly in water, and I haven't noticed any other side effects from taking it. It's a very good value for the money as well, since you only need a tiny amount each day. I would highly recommend FAST LYTE! It's an easy way to add electrolytes without added sugar or having to drink something overly flavored or sweet. There is a slight taste when I add it to plain water by itself, but when I mix it into coffee, smoothies, or other drinks and foods, I don't notice a taste at all. It mixes in easily and works great. I really like being able to add electrolytes to things I'm already eating or drinking without changing the flavor. Definitely something I will continue using!

Dont mix with anything unless it tastes bad too... Like other strong funky health concoctions... It kinda tastes like donkey spit I imagine ( salty and off)... But it's a great product otherwise. Seriously.. I'll keep buying it.

I chose this electrolyte powder because it does not contain stevia or other sweeteners, and I liked the ingredient list. It is unflavored with no noticeable taste, dissolves well in water, and can also be mixed into coffee or soup without changing the flavor. I use it when I feel like I need extra hydration, and I personally notice that I usually feel better very quickly after drinking it. At $30 for 10.5 ounces, it may seem expensive at first, but you only need a small amount per serving, so it should last quite a while. For me, that makes it a good value. I especially like getting electrolytes without added sweeteners or flavors.

This is a great find. It's all naturally derived from the earth, so it's pure, with no additives or fillers. It's also a great price, and has a very clean, salty taste. For me, it's easier to use than the drops of other brands, which tend to leak out of their bottles, and often clump up. I throw it in my shake, or into any dish that would take salt. When I don't use it other times during the day, I can easily add a scoop into my water bottle, which actually makes the water tastes better and it dissolves quickly. I emailed the merchant, asking how many servings per day would be best. The response was one serving per day, depending on what level of hydration you maintain. Also, they provide a scoop that measures out a perfect serving! All in all, this FAST LYTE powder is now my go-to for daily electrolytes.

I've been buying this for a while now so I thought I should write a review. These electrolytes are affordable and taste great. When I drink plain water now I can't stand the taste - I have to add a scoop of these electrolytes in. Makes it taste better and more balanced. Not too salty at all for me at least, you can barely taste the salt. I like the fact there are added minerals too. Most electrolyte drinks are overpriced and sweet. For those of us who are trying to get rid of "sweet" drinks including artificial sweeteners, this is perfect. One bag lasts a long time, for me 6+ months and I use several scoops a day. Great source of potassium too, for us keto/carnivores who don't get a lot of potassium.
