CastrolEDGE High Mileage 20W-50 Advanced Full Synthetic Motor Oil, 1 Quart, Pack of 6

My old ford van had a bad seal and would not work right with generic oil. The oil light would come on when hot. But when using the Castrol oil, I did not have the problem. I have used other high milage oils, and all seemed to work Ok. As soon as I used a standard oil, the problem came back. So if your trying to decide to use High Mileage oil or not, I can say it holds up better than standard oils. I have used Castrol in most of my cars and it has never let me down.

Switched from regular oil to synthetic oil in an older high-mileage Porsche—and the oil leaks began. From what I’ve read, that was a big mistake on my part. Hoping this thicker blend will improve gasket seals, etc. Haven’t used it yet, but here’s to happy thoughts and hopefully saving many thousands of dollars in engine repairs. Will update if it works. If it doesn’t, I’ll be crying in a corner.

Description states this is full synthetic oil. Bottles you receive state “synthetic blend”. Not the same thong. I complained to Amazon, they told me i have to contact Castrol. I did that and they told me i have to go through Amazon to correct this. So, a run around. Castrol told me they woukd have the listing fuxed pn Amazon, but a month later the description is still wrong.

I use this in my Cummins diesel, almost 300k so far, still running well, what can I say except that............

Great synthetic oil

Casrol high mileage oil has eliminated or reduced oil leaks in my cars. Quart size good for top offs while using 5qt size for changes.

Case (1/2 case) of oil delivered to your door. Nice. What more can you want? Well, I can think of a few things - but would be censored....starts with a half rack of brewskies.....Get to work...........
