Assembly Required - Easy Overall
Purchased a few of these carts. Assembly is required, but if you follow steps, really no issue. Better with two adults, but I got one done alone in an hour.

Item can store multiple units and once while locking. Purchased with another charging device and both work great.

Requires Assembly!
BEWARE - Requires assembly and a good several hours if everything is made correctly. One of the three carts ordered had a side piece that was misassembled in the factory. We planned to assemble all 3 carts, but only successfully assembled two. Cart 1 came together without an issue (2 hours). We had assembled cart #2 to the step where you slide the piece that attaches side C to side D behind the plastic computer guides, and realized that the two sets of "screws" on the side were not aligned. We thought that we had misassembled something, completely disassembled the cart to remove side D and flip it but after trying all possible combinations found that the panel was manufactured differently than panel D in the 1st, fully assembled cart. We opened package 3 and pulled out the side D from that box and it was manufactured correctly, so we finished cart #2 with the side from cart 3. We now have one cart that can not be assembled because side D is "wrong". We confirmed that it was assembled wrong by laying the side D from box 3 next to D from box 2 and the "screws" were in fact misaligned. It took us a significantly longer time to assemble than needed because of this mistake, requiring us to disassemble and reassemble. This issue also leaves us short of one cart we need to set up our new computers for the start of the school year. I would never have ordered these had I known they had to be assembled.

Sturdy cart for iPads
Cart is sturdy and works well for iPads. Cable management works well. Beware that the lower shelf is marked incorrectly. The front was actually the back. This was the case for both carts we purchased.
