A Good Purchase for the Grandbabies
Well made and cute. But the twin grandbabies (1 yr olds) are scared of George! So we make it pop up slow.

Great just remember to sit with them.
This works nicely. A jack in the box is a great toy for kids however it is best used with an adult that encourages the child to use the handle. This helps develop sustained attention, bilateral coordination, and an understanding of cause and effect. Most children will quickly figure out how to pop the latch, so if they are not mature enough in their developmental skills play with them, They should be able to play with it independently once they can both open it AND push the toy back in and latch it, not only once they figure out the latch (bypassing the handle).

Can withstand rough play
this toy brought back so many memories. I purchased this for my grandson for Christmas. it is easy to use he is a year and a half old. he can turn the handle with no issue. It is durable for a toddler. He knocks it down frequently and tries to stand on it. He is not that good at pushing George back in. Great family fun. Priced great. It serves it purpose. The music is clear and he knows when George will pop out.
