These DEFRA-licensed seeds boast excellent disease resistance and are quality-checked biannually to ensure top germination rates. Packaged minimally with a QR code for cultivation guidance, they are ideal for UK outdoor growing with moderate watering needs. ## Description Courgette Ambassador F1. One of the earliest F1 varieties delivering high yields of uniform shaped dark green glossy skinned fruits. Excellent disease resistance. A sunny spot protected from strong winds is essential. The soil should be well drained and rich in humus, the more the better. For an early start (late Mar) place a single seed edgeways 1/2inch deep in seed compost in a 3inch pot. The critical part is temperature, these need at least 65F continuous soil temperature (preferably more to maximise germination rates) until germinated. Keep the soil moist – water copiously around the plants, not over them. Keep weed free to allow air circulation. Once the plants start to fruit, feed every 14 days with a tomato type fertilizer, these are greedy plants. ## Features - GROW YOUR OWN COURGETTES - One of the earliest F1 varieties delivering high yields of uniform shaped dark green glossy skinned fruits. - COURGETTE SEEDS - Excellent disease resistance. - GROW IN THE UK - Germinates in 10 days, reaches maturity in 60 days. - QUALITY VEGETABLE SEEDS - Professional DEFRA (APHA) licensed Quality Seed Supply. I planted one set of about12 or so, two per pot, and it's taken them about 10 days to start geminating and poking through the plant compost, but this isn'[t overly long, so they will be ok. Intending to put another set in later this week. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 12 June 2026* Good price. Planted and within 4 days they had come up. Now that they are the appropriate height, I will separate and plant them individually. Massive leaves on the tiny shoots already, a good sign. ## Frequently Bought Together - PREMIER SEEDS DIRECT - COURGETTE - Ambassador F1-25 Finest Seeds - Mr Fothergill's 20786 Vegetable Seeds, COURGETTE Soleil F1, Yellow - Courgette Zucchini Seeds Goldena Yellow Golden Heirloom Cucurbita Pepo 20 Seeds Grow Your Own Vegetable Perfect for Greenhouse or Outdoor Growing --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/59934569-premier-seeds-direct-courgette-ambassador-f1-25-finest-seeds](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/59934569-premier-seeds-direct-courgette-ambassador-f1-25-finest-seeds) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-07*
