Very impressed by pungent lime taste. Locally limes lack a bit of flavor. Even zest can be weak. However adding in a teaspoon of this product really boosts flavor. I use it mostly in marinades n salads e.g. Thai papaya salad.

This was suggested to me by a friend as a good salt-substitute. I tried it and liked it.

Who would have thought that there was lime powder. I make my own salt and sugar free dry rubs and seasonings. I wanted to recreate a lime infused rub without the salt and sugar and this does just that.

I was quite surprised with this. I had hoped to use this for some alfresca flavored water that I make...(cucumber lime) This is extremely sour, but no lime flavor at all.
