Really good
Really good pre workout. Dissolve’s easily, taste good. Great pump and not too much itchy face or tingly feeling

Best pre-workout I’ve tried!
I have had issues with a lot of pre-workouts before, either they taste rancid or they make my skin tingle. This pre-workout actually tastes quite good, I wouldn’t recommend dry scooping it but when it’s mixed with water it tastes so good! I also have found that it hasn’t really made my skin tingle at all yet. It gives me a lot of energy and really boosts my performance. I would say this product is very very good value for money and I couldn’t recommend more!

Does the job
This pre workout does exactly what its supposed to do. It gives me energy for more reps and harder workouts. However the taste is absolutely awful so I usually just down it in one go. It also makes me itchy sometimes, but that goes away when I start exercising. Overall a pretty good product for the price you pay.

This tastes incredible, like eating a strawberry refreshers.
If you're putting it in a 2litre shaker like me, use two scoops instead of the one. Other than that, this is great. I quit soda cold turkey in January and this helps break up the monotony when I tire of squash and plain water, and it's low-calorie and low sugar which is perfect. Smells as good as it tastes. Decent strength, one scoop is enough for a 750ml-1l shaker but for 1.5-2 or more, definitely do two scoops.

felt my soul leave my body
Did a scoop in the car park of the gym. What could go wrong. 10 minutes, it kicked in. Unbeknownst to me I sprinted on that treadmill, as if I was running away from a wild animal. It was leg day. I grabbed some PRs along with some hot flushes and an itchy face, which wasn't too great. I did feel like incredible Hulk. I was wired. This is rocket fuel. Do not take this if you're a beginner

Awful taste
Omg this is so bad I had to go buy sone sugar ( I don’t eat sugar ) to put in it to make it palatable. If they think thats strawberry then I’m a tree ! Seriously so bad I couldn’t drink it Wasted my money

Pre workout
Tried it today was concerned about the itchy tingling but after reading reviews it’s normal. Have to say one of the best seasons so far and a decent pump.
