I have Ehlers-danlos syndrome, and one of the issues is I'm always!! Dislocating or having a sprained joint. Pulled muscles. Multiple Multiple surgeries. I have every brace and I've pack you can think of. However this little guy right here is the best. Freeze it in the bag or comes in. And you'll have the most comfortable ice sleeve that last hours. Heated is like the best warm hug on your joints. No clumping up, I can still sleep like a baby it's that comfortable. Just buy it. Hell buy 2.

These things are absolutely bloody awesome! I have to ice my knees three times a day and these things slide on and off easily and provide therapy for the whole knee. Because they chill quickly, I am able to use them 3x a day without worrying if they will be cold enough. My one wish is that they didn't heat up quite so quickly, but I understand that they are covering a large surface area and taking that into account, they do a good job.

This is the best ice pack I have ever encountered and used. Not hard. Pliable. Retains its coldness for what seems like an indefinite period of time. So soft. Stays where placed. I keep buying and gift to my friends.

Very clever way to ice, especially elbows, without having to apply ice with other hand. The length of the cold was a bit disappointing as it lasted about 10 minutes. I was hoping for 20, in a room approximately 72 degrees.I did order another one, however, as next time I need it I can have another one ready without having to re-freeze it.Compression is minimal, but allows it to stay on hands-free. Would recommend it for its unique way to apply cold after injury or injection.

I bought these to keep myself from scratching my oak mite bites it while also giving me some relief from the discomfort. The sleeves are perfect. They fit very comfortably and are a bit compressive without feeling like it’s something that I can’t wear consistently. They also got cold really fast so I didn’t have to wait too long to be able to wear them. I wish I could’ve been a little bit cheaper as I’ve spent so much money trying to get comfortable with my current condition. However, they are certainly affordable and worth the money.

The sleeves slide on with ease. I use them for some side effects from chemo in my lower legs. So far they have been a welcome relief factor. I use them cold after leaving them in the freezer for several hours. The resealable bags they come in are a plus too. They protect the sleeves when you aren’t using them or leave them in the freezer for next time. Five stars for a comfortable product that provides soothing relief.

Great item I use it for heat most. But it doesn’t stay warm enough. Only 5 or 7 minutes. I have to go back to the microwave
