I have plantar fasciitis, so I’ve tried a couple of different ice pack things for my foot. This one is the best, in my opinion. It’s flexible, it’s easy to use, and it doesn’t get all frosty when it melts and refreezes. It also doesn’t get wet as it melts, which I really like. Although I’m using it for my foot, I like the idea that I can use this for multiple body parts - should I ever need to. It fits my feet, ankles, wrists, and elbows pretty well. I also love that there are no straps to mess with. The material stretches just enough to do what it needs to do. The coldness lasts for at least 30 minutes. Sometimes I’ll put it on while I watch a movie and I feel like it’s still semi-cold by the end. I liked it so well I bought a second one.

This worked great for my poor old elbows. Fit was good, holds cold REALLY Well, seems to be made well, no complaints here did the job I got it for. Definitely recommend

Excellent for my sore forearms - since it wraps around your arm, it is VERY cold when first put on out of the freezer.

I recently tried the FreezeSleeve Ice & Heat Therapy Sleeve, and overall, I’m pretty satisfied with it. The sleeve gets ice cold and stays flexible even when frozen, making it easy to wrap around joints or muscles. The quality of the material is impressive—it feels durable and well-made. However, the cooling effect doesn’t last as long as I’d hoped, so it may require frequent refreezing during extended use. Despite that, it’s a solid option for short-term relief.

Provides so much relief following my Achilles surgery once I was out of the cast. I can almost feel the swelling go down once I slip it over my foot. And it lasts the right amount of time.

Highly recommend! I love how easy and convenient this is! My physical therapist uses this and it’s a game changer: I hardly ever ice like I should because balancing an ice pack on my arm is so annoying. You’re stuck in one place hoping it doesn’t fall off. This lets you do other things! It’s comfortable with good support. Light compression.

My son and I both really like this. He does some baseball pitching and puts this on his elbow and bicep after a game. I have a bit of nagging tennis elbow and use this regularly. This should fit most arms. And it allows you to do other things while wearing it. It is very cold to start but my body gets used to it. It only stays cold for 20-ish minutes, but that is sufficient in most cases. On a related note, we also have a larger one that I use for my knee, which I also recommend.

Kühlt gut, lässt aber schnell nach. Am besten kurz ins Tiefkuhlfach legen und dann hat man mehr Erfolg. Für meinen Ellenbogen optimal.
