Great alternative to more expensive watches.
My wife was looking for an alternative smart watch and we decided to try this one.We have it connected to our Samsung S23 and it works wonderful with notifications and connectivity. Sleep tracking and steps seem to be on par with our Amazon watch, to an extent. She wore both to see how they would compare and usually had a ~50 step difference between the two. It also seems to track a lot of deep sleep compared to the Amazon watch. There would be a whopping hour+ difference between deep sleep stats, with this watch having the higher numbers. Not sure how accurate this is, as the deep sleep figures are much higher than her Fitbit she used to wear for years before she went to a smart watch in Feb. Battery life is about a week with normal operation.Pro: better connectivity then other comparable, more expensive smart watches. If this is important to you, then consider it.Easy to navigate menusVery sensitive with screen activationCon: it's a large watch and might be a bit big for smaller framed people. Watch is bright at night, so be sure to put it on night mode when you sleep or it will activate all the time and wake you up.Overall pretty impressed with this watch for the price. Will be on the lookout for a new band potentially.

Good Experience So Far
I have tried a few different smart watches. Some near this price range and some more so like Google’s TicWatch. This watch seems to be far more accurate than any other watch I have tried and it also has many bells and whistles. Monitors heart rate all day and the battery does seem to last a long while. It is very lightweight so it is easy to wear while sleeping and it is comfortable. I love that you can take calls with it and the activity tracking is pretty decent as well.If there is a downside then it would be the “Built-in Alexa”. She never understands what I am saying and takes forever to load. Also, the app that goes with this watch VeryFit, is not the easiest to use at first. Pairing was a little difficult because I had to reset the watch a few times before the correct Bluetooth appeared. However, Now that I have been using the app for about a week, it is really cool. The info that the app provides is really helpful and it tracks basically everything you could need. It would be cool if this watch could do blood pressure as well because I had a watch that could do that but was not super accurate.Overall, really cool and reasonably priced for what you are getting.

Large screen for senior eyes
I love my new watch, I never thought about how much information could be gathered while being active. It's incredible knowledge to have. And the exercise and water intake features are just what I need. So far this watch is the best I've ever owned, the color is nice too. It was easy to set up, connected right away and has been able to count my steps on land accurately. I'm hoping it does the same performance in water therapy class. Crossing fingers.

Quality mid-priced smartwatch with numerous useful freatures but mediocre workout apps
Updated after 11 weeks: The IDW25 is a $65 smart watch with many desirable features and a few drawbacks. On the whole it is a good product for the money. It provides heart rate, oxygen level, steps, sleep monitoring and stress levels on a continuous basis (but no blood pressure). Most seem to be reasonably accurate with the exception of steps, which are generally undercounted, sometimes significantly, and heart rate measurement during use of the exercise apps, which can be inconsistent for BPM from day today. Many exercise functions are built in. I generally get about five days between charges. Breathing exercises, weather data, drink and movement reminders, and notifications of email and messages, are also shown. Music and camera controls are available but I haven't tested them. The device can be connected to Alexa (although I don't use this feature either). Unlike many devices in this price range, the IDW25 allows you to receive and make phone calls, and permits storage of up to 20 phone numbers. Most of the data generated is at least reasonably accurate, except for steps and exercise heart rate as noted earlier. I have concluded after using this and several other smart watches in this price range that if I want accurate heart rates during exercise (cycling and indoor rowing) I should use a chest strap device because the data is far more accurate and consistent than with the watch. Data aberrations are frequent; for example, rowing one day shows a high BPM or around 130 while the same routine a day later shows a high of about 180. (The chest strap device show high BPM of around 101-105 consistently.) This does not show up on the all-day heart rate app measurements, where the daily averages are from around 70-90, as would be expected., and the BPM levels without the app are only 10-20% higher than with the chest strap. (When an exercise app is used, the daily heart rate measurements are suspended for the duration of the workout.) The blood oxygen levels when measured are in the usual 96-99 percent range. The tech assistants at customer service have tried to be helpful but have not been able to resolve exercise BPM distortions. My best guess is that when cycling or rowing the movement of my wrists confuses the sensors, but that is just a guess. The "Veryfit" app seems to work generally well; initial pairing with my Samsung 13A watch was straight-forward but re-pairing is occasionally necessary. The watch also gives what I view as annoying and generally inaccurate exercise advice, e.g., "after this workout you should rest for 40-60 hours," apparently based on the erroneously high BPM data. The watch itself is solidly built and attractive, comfortable to wear, with the shape mimicking the Apple smartwatches. The charging cord connects magnetically and reliably to the watch; it works with any normal low voltage USB transformer. One drawback in my view is the OE watchband. While the neoprene is soft and pliable, the manufacturer has eschewed the usual buckle and opted instead for a plastic stud that must be forced through one of the many adjustment holes in the strap. I find this inconvenient and have replaced it. Many standard 22 mm bands should fit.
