Beautiful tea pot
The tea pot I received was way above what I expected. It was truly crafted well. It is also crafted in Japan. The tea pot is slightly smaller than other tea pot I use. I believe the clay used is a higher quality than on my more expensive tea pot.The strainer is on the bottom of the pot ,which helps the tea leaf from getting over heated. The brewing aspect of this tea pot I also lovely and does an exceptional job. The tea pot I definitely a bit more fragile than my main tea pot, but I mean this in an interesting way. Lastly the price point of this pot is beyond fair. I've been testing it in a few different ways. If It lasts (doesn't Crack or break from heat )than it will be a true winner. So far,so great. Thank you whoever created this tea pot. Sincerely, Mitch Baron

Delicate, pretty teapot
Is lighter and more delicate than expected. I got one because all the hotels in Japan had them on a recent trip. I grew to like them because it keeps the tea hot and adds to the relaxing feel. It's thinner walled and much lighter than the hotel ones, which makes sense since hotel guests are likely to be rough and break such items. I'm happy with the teapot, it is a very nice blue glaze. The mesh insert guards against tea leaves going into the spout, it's not obvious from the photos. I thought maybe I would remove it, but I see what it's for now. I think some hot water and soaking is probably enough for cleaning. It's possible things would get stuck in the mesh but should be fine if using tea bags.
