FACEMOON 3D Blackout Weighted Sleep Mask, Airplane Travel & Nurse Essential

Love this. Completely blocks out all light, not even a little sliver gets through. I’ve tried others and they always brushed against my eyelashes, but this one is perfect. It says “weighted”, but I’d say it’s just a touch heavier than a mask you’d grab at a dollar store. It’s not like weights on your heard. It’s smooth cool to the touch, and I’ve never woken up clammy. It has a nice adjustable strap that will absolutely fit everyone’s head. I’ve had mine for over a year now, no pilling, no discoloration. It looks just like it did when I took it out of the package. I like this so much, that when I forgot it on a trip I had one sent to the house we were staying in.

I’ve tried several sleep masks over the years, and this one stands out because of both the quality and comfort. The material is incredibly soft on the skin, and the overall construction feels durable and well-made rather than flimsy. The weighted design adds a gentle, calming pressure that helps the mask stay comfortably in place without feeling too heavy. It also does an excellent job blocking out light, making it much easier to relax whether you’re trying to sleep during the day or in a bright environment. Where this mask has really impressed me is during travel. It’s become a must-have for road trips and long flights. Being able to block out sunlight and cabin lighting while enjoying the soft, lightly weighted feel has made it much easier to rest while traveling. It packs easily into a carry-on and has held up well after repeated use. Overall, if you’re looking for a comfortable, high-quality blackout sleep mask with a gentle weighted feel, this is an excellent option. It’s well worth the purchase and is something I’ll continue to keep in my travel bag.

I used this mask for quite a while before eventually switching to a Nodpod, and overall it’s a really good mask. The material is soft and comfortable, and the weight feels relaxing without putting too much pressure around my eyes. It does a pretty good job staying in place throughout the night, even when I move around in my sleep. I was also pleasantly surprised by how cool it stays since thicker sleep masks can sometimes get hot. It blocks out light well and is comfortable enough to wear all night.

To begin, this sleep mask is best suited for traveling (or for those who sleep on their backs). The reason I point this out is that the mask does come up off of your face quite a bit, and if you sleep on your side, it will get awkward because the edges will push against your pillow. That said, I bought this mask for two main reasons: the first is that I'll be traveling a lot more this year than usual. The second reason is that the sleep mask that I purchased previously has begun to fall apart. I'll rate it for both purposes. Being IDEAL for travel, the design of this mask makes it so that the mask does not touch your eyes and blocks out all light. I have purchased many of these kinds of masks before, and this one is the best one I have tried as far as blackout features and comfort on the eyes. The adjustable band makes it so that you can get the perfect fit. In fact, when I was traveling last, I ended up wearing my mask over my bulky headphones, but after adjusting the strap it was not an issue. The shape of the mask, and its "3D" design, make this mask by far the most comfortable and effective blackout mask I have used. For sleep: I tend to get migraines, so I keep blackout masks on hand at all times so that I can try to sleep it off in a cool, dark room. I also have this weird ability to "see" light while I'm asleep. When my husband wakes up in the middle of the night and gets on his phone, even though he is all the way on the other side of our huge bed (lol), I wake up. The light from his phone wakes me up. So when I truly want to get a good night's sleep, I sleep with a blackout sleep mask. Unfortunately, this mask is not ideal for that kind of use, at least not for me. I sleep on my back, but also on my side, and if I turn to one side, the mask pushes up against the pillow and really isn't comfortable. In summary, this mask is AMAZING for travel, or for people who sleep on their backs. I would recommend it all day long for those purposes, and this thing will live in its little bag that it arrived in, inside of my carry-on bag so that I always have it when I do travel. Given the blackout effectiveness and comfort (since the mask literally does not touch your eyes or even your lashes), this mask is well worth its cost.

Amazing! I’ve worn it for the past four nights and slept so much better. Was worried when I bought because I’ve tried masks before and couldn’t do it. This doesn’t touch your eyes and straps are adjustable. It’s super soft. Blacks out all light! Even came with ear plugs (that I’m not using). My husband sleeps with a tv on and the light always wakes me up until I turn it off while he’s sleeping soundly. Now with this product I see no light and have slept through the night. Love!

This is very comfortable and blocks ALL light. It doesn't touch your eyelids, so there is no pressure. I started out only using it if I wanted to sleep in. But now I use it every night, all night. It doesn't feel too tight, and doesn't slip off.

The mask part is great and completely blocks out the light. The material is very comfortable on the eyes and nose. The problem I have with this product, is the strap. There is a small plastic connection that allows for the sizing of the mask (which I feel will break sooner rather than later), but that piece is bothersome to the ears when side sleeping. Also the top and bottom of the flexible strap is rigid and also is a discomfort to your ears. If the strap were a continuation of the fabric used for the mask, and used a velcro connection, I feel it would be better and hold up longer.

Purchased for a male with a somewhat prominent nose bridge. Foam is very comfortable, substantial enough that it conforms to your face, but not heavy. Plenty of room so that it doesn't press against the eyes or brush against eyelashes so the only contact is around the eyes and not on them at all. Extra padding on the nose completely blocks out all light, but sits high enough that it doesn't impede breathing. Adjustable strap allows for exact pressure so it's super comfortable, but also doesn't move or let light in even when laying on my side.

I'd say this product is brilliant. I've tried an unweighted sleep mask but it didn't help at all, and some amount of light still crept in through the nose area. Because this mask is adjustable I was able to slip it over my head easily and then tighten it until it was secure. The fabric is soft, comfy and doesn't cause friction against my skin. As it's weighted, I feel like it really helped in getting to sleep quicker and staying asleep without waking up from the lightness outside! The bonus is that it also came with some ear plugs that will be handy if I'm ever struggling with noise. This is a brilliant product and definitely great value for money.
