I am so excited to use this. I am a hobby baker, and my daughters recently requested for me to make their birthday cakes this year. I have always ordered them special in the past. And I’ve been nervous to be able to make something to what they’re used to. I’ve made some decent cakes for fun in the past, but I was never worried about perfection before. With my daughters I really want to try and get it right, but the crumb coat was always difficult for me. So I’m so excited to test this out this week. But I did not expect a recipe book to be in the kit! And not only is it a recipe book, but it has step by step instructions and details on what to look for, how to trouble shoot, how long it can last in the fridge, and freezer, and how to thaw it back out after. This is absolutely perfect for a hobby baker just looking to have fun with, or even to have fun with your kids. Thank you so much!!

I love this! I’ve made some incredibly cute cakes and this has made the process so much easier. I know some people think it’s cheating to frost the cake this way but as a busy mom of 4…. I’ll take whatever shortcuts I can get. Besides the decorating is the best part and I’d much rather be doing that. As far as durability goes, the frost form kit that you order from the company directly is far superior because it’s made with better quality components Vs in this kit they are not as well made. Nevertheless, if you were wanting to try a less expensive version of frost form, I’d highly recommend starting with this kit so you can save money and make sure you enjoy using it. The kits on their site average about $100. Therefore making this a better value for the money. I wish more of these were available in this price range because I’d own them all by now. If you like decorating cake… give it a try!

Not worth the money at all. Not beginner friendly, not easy to use, came completely beat up box and all, like it was pulled out and stuffed back in half way . The form itself is rolled up so tight you can’t get it to go to shape good enough, and leaves deep marks through the cake, it sits so close to the layers not even water could get between them to “ice” them all the way around .

Not sure if this is real frostform. The cake cutters are plastic instead of metal. They dont cut the cake clean, they tear/press it, with led to a lot of crumbs and falling apart. The rest of the system works ok, but will need to buy seperate cutters

Good starter kit, but they need to include a top form for flipping the cake and a better cutter, the one included kinda smashes the cake instead of cutting through it.
