Has helped with my back pain. Use it when pain starts and take it off when pain is gone.

Runs very small
Waste of money. It runs about 1-2 sizes small. Too bad you cannot try before you buy. Good for very skinny people. Gave it away. Desperately need one that actually fits.

Didnโt fit
My body is NOT like a manโs.... my waist is smaller than my hips; thus the belt simply did not go tight around my low back/ belly and was useless....

Too small
My Dad does say that it is helpful just too tight even with the additional velcro strap. I have sent an email to check if an strap can be purchased
