Tight fit
This worked great for blocked zerk fittings. It fit very snug and was hard to get off/ on but works

Better than nothing when you just HAVE to have something and a regular right-angle won't fit.
Hard to apply enough sideways pressure to keep it from leaking, but absolutely necessary for some tight spaces where a regular right-angle nozzle is too big.

Poor performance
Item leaks badly. Doesn't fit tightly. Waste too much grease and very little actually gets into the needed joint

Works OK, leaks
This is the type grease coupler fitting you need to lube the deck bearings on a Husqvarna lawn mower. This fitting did allow me to get grease into the bearings, but it leaks alot of grease, too. I had to use one hand to press down on this fittings and the other to pump the grease gun. This works, but leaks.

It works, but ...
I have a Kioti tractor that has one particular zerk fitting onto which it is really hard to put a straight grease coupler. I got this 90-degree coupler to make greasing that zerk easier. The coupler comes in two parts: (1) the body of the coupler, and (2) a zerk fitting that screws into the base of the coupler. The zerk was loose when I received the coupler (unprotected in a small plastic bag) so I had to use a 7/16" wrench on the zerk and a 9/16" wrench on the coupler to tighten them up.Then I attempted to attach the 90-degree coupler to the zerk on a clutch throw-out bearing, and struggled to get the coupler on and then really struggled to get it off again. I had to disconnect the grease gun from the coupler and then had to work the 90-degree coupler until I could remove it from the zerk. I finally had to tap it off with a small hammer. This may have been a case of first-use difficulty. Subsequent uses of the 90-degree coupler on the zerk were a little easier, and I now believe that additional usage will lessen the effort of coupling/de-coupling. Once the coupler was seated on the throw-out bearing zerk, it did allow grease to flow into the bearing without further difficulty and without leaking. The quality and workmanship of the part is adequate, though not impressive, and in-line with the cost. The picture shown in the listing has been, shall we say, air brushed and does not reflect the actual condition of the coupler. Also, the listing says to slide the coupler onto the zerk and wait for a "click." There was no "click" and I was never really sure whether the coupler was seated or not.If this coupler becomes easier to use over time, and doesn't leak, I will upgrade it to 3 or 4 stars.
