Instant lower back pain relief
This back stretcher is my favorite way to relax the muscles in my lower back. I feel like this is so much easier to use than a foam roller on my back, and it can me moved around to sit exactly where I need it. I hadn't originally considered using this as a lumbar support, but I like that it can be used in so many different ways. This is going to get a lot of use!

Too high or big
This just did not fit me. I could not lay on it at all.

Works well for stretching your lower back and for lumbar support while sitting
This works very well to stretch your lower back, I just place in on the floor and lie down so it's under my lower back and relax my body as it stretches out my lower back. I feel great afterwards. It also works very well for lower back support while sitting on a chair or couch. It is made of a very dense foam type material so there is very little give to it so it may be too firm for some people, but I like it.
