It exactly as described. It is good quality as well. My 12 years old loves it so much. He wore it in his music competition. Very recommended.

I think that this is a nicely designed clip that works well. It does the job and keeps a tie in place. The snowflake model that I ordered does look a bit on the cheap side, though. The snowflake itself doesn't stand out much from the main clip, and it doesn't have a lot of shine to it. For $10 it's not a horrible deal, but it's worth about half of that to me. It's functions well, but I wear tie clips for some flair, and this just didn't do it for me.
